About Rathbone Miller

Rathbone Miller is an established Architectural and Project Management practice based in West Sussex. We have a wealth of experience on a wide variety of construction projects ranging from domestic extensions to multi-million pound commercial developments.

Offering a flexible service

As well as offering the ‘full service’ we are more than happy to provide a partial service to suit a Client’s needs, budget, ability etc. For example we can go as far as producing a working drawing package for a Client to build/manage the construction work.

Building the right team

As well as an Architect most projects will need a Consulting Structural Engineer, Quantity Surveyor sometimes a Consulting Services engineer and several projects have been completed working with an Interior Designer. We have a range of fellow professionals with whom we work and are thus able to assemble the right team for the project.

Good working relationships

We have worked with a variety of different Building Contractors and place great importance on establishing a good working relationship with the Contractor – after all, the Client, Architect, Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and Contractor are all working towards the same end.

Health and safety

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 impose duties on Clients to appoint a Principal Designer for their projects. Rathbone Miller can offer this role to most projects.

On site

Oversee the works on site..

Completion and handover.
